At Enter Computers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your device, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the device must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Be in original, resalable condition

  • Include all original accessories and packaging

  • Have all data erased by the customer

  • Not show signs of misuse or damage

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Warranty Coverage

All Enter Computers devices come with a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware failures under normal use

  • Component replacements

  • Repair services

5. Non-Warranty Claims

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage or accidents

  • Water damage or liquid exposure

7. Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping methods. Enter Computers is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
